Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how you can delete your account.

Steps to delete from the app:

Open the Jadid app on your device.
Go to your Profile and tap on Settings.
Navigate to Account Management or Privacy Settings.
Tap on Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Alternative Request:

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

mavielma.app@gmail.com

Please send the email from the address associated with your Jadid account. Requests are processed within 48 hours.

What happens when you delete your account?

Your profile, including name, email, and photo, will be permanently removed.
All your reading progress, book lists, and badges will be lost.
Your posts and comments will be deleted from the platform.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
